Dylan Heffernan
Principal
As an Accredited Specialist in Wills & Estates Law, Dylan brings a wealth of focused experience and expert knowledge to his extensive private clients advisory practice. His specialist practice encompasses estate planning, asset protection, entity establishment and structuring, complex applications for grants of probate and estate administration, trust succession and administration, family law financial agreements, and private client dispute resolution.
With experience working in the private client services practice group of a large commercial firm, and subsequently as a specialist Wills & Estates lawyer in a prominent suburban firm, Dylan founded Adrem Legal in 2022 with a belief that private clients are generally better served by engaging a specialist boutique advisory firm.
Dylan holds a Master of Laws (Applied Law) specialising in Wills & Estates, as well as a Bachelor of Laws with Honours (First Class) from Macquarie University, where he was awarded the University Medal for Law. He is also a full member of STEP, a global professional body comprising lawyers, accountants, trustees and other practitioners that help families plan for their futures. He is well-equipped to handle the most complex and sensitive matters, and he is committed to developing solutions for his clients that are both sophisticated and streamlined.
